At Found Church in downtown Jackson, MI, we are led by a diverse group of devoted believers committed to our mission of leading and loving our community together in Christ. Our Board of Directors provides prayerful leadership and administrative oversight to ensure our church remains a place where everyone can find faith, freedom, and love. Mike Dickens
A member of Found Church since its earliest days, Mike was raised in a missionary home in Kenya, an experience that deeply shaped his worldview. His faith became a personal pillar as he matured and chose a life of service to Christ. Mike prioritizes daily communion with Jesus, seeking His guidance to love God and others more fully. He considers it a profound honor to serve on the board, offering his lifelong perspective on faith and global ministry to support our beautiful church family.

Jen French
Jennifer has been a cornerstone of Found Church since its inception. Currently serving in many ways at Found, she brings a heart for praise and a steadfast commitment to leadership. While she grew up knowing the Gospel, she fully surrendered to Christ as Lord 25 years ago. Through every twist and turn of life, Jennifer has found Jesus to be her constant anchor. Her primary passion is to continually deepen her understanding of His extravagant love as she serves our congregation.

Meg Holton
For Meg, life with the One True God is a wild and humbling journey of transformation. Alongside her husband, Nate, and their two children, Meg has found Found Church to be a place of deep healing and fuller freedom. Beyond her role on the board, she is active in discipleship and women’s ministry at Found. Meg is passionate about building God’s kingdom in Jackson right here, right now. She loves connecting over coffee and walking the journey of faith and resurrection alongside her church family.

Anil Joseph
Anil’s journey with Found Church began a year before our first service, serving as part of the original core team. Driven by a desire for deeper spiritual commitment and inspired by the bold faith of his children, Anil embraced the vision to “Lead and Love the Diverse Community of Jackson.” He has served on the worship team and board member since the church’s birth. Anil remains expectant and excited for the future, dedicated to seeing God’s vision for unity and growth unfold in our city.

Sandy Maxson
A Jackson native and retired Superintendent with a wealth of administrative experience, Sandy found a bigger God than she had ever known at Found Church. Though a longtime Christian, her time here opened her heart to a more intimate understanding of God’s grace and patience. Sandy stays active in hospitality, the Finance Committee, and with administrative work. As a board member, she is committed to using her professional background in leadership to help Found Church achieve its mission and steward its resources wisely.

Scott Oliver
Scott’s journey with Christ truly flourished during his time at Spring Arbor, guided by his wife, Julie. Since joining Found in 2021, they have found great joy in leading the Found Food Pantry and serving our local community. Grounded in the truth that he is a beloved child of God, Mark’s identity is rooted in what Jesus accomplished on the cross rather than the dictates of the world. He views his service on the board as an opportunity to grow closer to Jesus while helping lead our Christ-centered community.

Emily Thomas
Board Secretary
As Board Secretary and Chair of the Finance Committee, Emily utilizes her spiritual gift of administration to strengthen Found Church behind the scenes. She is invested in our children’s ministry and values the sisterhood of faith she has found here. For Emily, serving is about being available and showing up wherever God leads—whether in a boardroom or a classroom. She is passionate about shining Christ’s light in the Jackson community and watching God move through the relationships that have become her family.

Adam Thompson
From the moment Adam heard the vision for Found Church, it resonated with a calling God placed on his life: to break down barriers that prevent unity. A member of the inaugural board for six years, Adam finds deep joy in seeing the church thrive. He serves as the production lead for the tech team and remains active in Found Youth and the Equity Committee. For Adam and his family, Found has been a vital place for building meaningful relationships and living out a mission of community-wide reconciliation.

TuWann Worthey
TuWann has been a committed member of Found Church since 2022, serving on both the hospitality team and the diversity, equity, and justice committee. Her time here has deepened her Christian walk, fostering a life of intentional obedience and a desire to be used by God in meaningful ways. Passionate about ensuring the church reflects compassion and humility, TuWann seeks to lead by serving. She remains dedicated to the ongoing health and vision of our community, supporting the mission of Found Church with consistency and purpose.
